P&C Insurance Agent (In‑Person, Full-Time)

Property & Casualty License Required We are hiring a motivated, goal‑driven Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our Northwest Houston team. This role focuses on new business production, relationship building, and helping clients protect what matters most. If you enjoy sales, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want strong earning potential, this is the right opportunity. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed new business production goals. Make 100+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and new opportunities. Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance policies. Cross‑sell and up‑sell during every customer interaction. Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, lenders, title companies, and auto dealers. Ask for referrals and promote the agency's referral program. Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes. Create strong client relationships, even from a cold start. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License (required). Minimum 2 year of sales experience ; insurance experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic. Team‑oriented, dependable, and self‑motivated. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
