We are seeking a dedicated and driven Life Insurance Agent specializing in serving Department of Defense (DoD) cardholders , including active-duty service members, veterans, retirees, and their families. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference by offering tailored life insurance solutions to those who serve and support our nation.
Responsibilities Build Relationships :
Engage with DoD cardholders to understand their unique financial needs and goals.
Provide Expert Guidance :
Educate clients on life insurance options, helping them choose the best policies that suit their current and future needs.
Personalized Solutions :
Offer customized life insurance plans tailored to the specific situations of military personnel and their families.
Customer Service :
Deliver exceptional service, maintaining regular communication and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Networking :
Attend military-related events, community activities, and other networking opportunities to connect with potential clients.
Compliance :
Stay up-to-date with relevant insurance regulations and military benefits that impact DoD cardholders.
Requirements Life Insurance License :
Active and in good standing (or willingness to obtain one we will help ).
Knowledge :
Familiarity with military benefits, financial challenges, and common needs of DoD cardholders. (we have no problem teaching this too!)
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Self-Motivated :
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
Tech-Savvy :
Comfortable using digital communication tools, CRM systems, and online platforms for remote client interactions.
Military Service :
