Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent

Overview Marfil Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and reliable Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service and sales , assisting existing clients while also generating new insurance policies through quoting, cross-selling, and referrals . We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and taking advantage of sales opportunities to grow their income and career . Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients by phone, email, and in person Assist customers with policy questions, changes, payments, and claims support Quote and sell insurance policies including Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell coverage to existing clients Follow up with prospects and leads to close new business Make outbound calls to generate quotes and new policies Build strong relationships with clients to maintain retention and referrals Maintain accurate records in the agency management system Support marketing and referral initiatives to help grow the agency Sales Expectations This role includes sales responsibilities and performance expectations .

Team members are expected to:
