The initial step is attending a business overview, which is conducted in a professional group setting that can be either virtual or in-person and lasts approximately 30-45 minutes. During this session, our Regional Coordinator will provide a detailed explanation of the position, its responsibilities, and will be available to address any queries you may have. If both parties are interested in moving forward, the next step is a one-on-one interview. Generally, a decision is reached within 3-5 business days after the interview.
