Job Description

We are actively hiring motivated individuals to become licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents. This is a structured, commission - based career with a complete fast start training program, mentorship, and a proven system designed to help you develop long-term income by helping individuals and families make informed insurance decisions. We work directly with clients who have already requested information about coverage options—no cold calling required. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with competitive or performance-driven backgrounds who are looking for a structured path to grow professionally and financially over time.
