Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nacogdoches, TX, for a Licensed Insurance Agent. The Licensed Insurance Agent will focus on selling insurance products, providing tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, assessing client needs, developing customized policies, managing insurance accounts, and delivering outstanding customer service. Compensation We offer a competitive base salary (determined by experience) plus 30% commission on new business. This structure is designed to reward driven, relationship-focused producers who are motivated to grow within the agency. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in managing accounts and tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs State-issued insurance license is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively within a team environment Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
