Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Producer

This is a pure sales role designed for a driven individual. We have a dedicated service team to handle policy administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling.

Qualifications:

Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Producer This is a Non-Negotiable List Minimum 3+ years of documented success in a direct insurance sales role (Producer, Agent, Broker). A proven and verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. (Be prepared to discuss your numbers). Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license in Texas. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Producer Proactively develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community involvement. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to close. Conduct thorough needs-analysis for prospective clients to identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Develop and present compelling proposals to key decision-makers. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales goals. Foster strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and community partners.

Please Note:

We are seeking candidates with direct, quota-carrying sales experience. While we value all industry expertise, this role is not a fit for individuals whose primary experience is in customer service, account management (without a sales focus), or claims adjusting.
