Job Description

Priority Personnel is seeking a Bilingual P&C Insurance Sales Representative ( No Cold Calling ) for an automotive dealership located in San Marcos, TX.
Pay rate:
$19.50•24.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday•Saturday (Closed Sundays) 5-day workweek with a set weekday off 10:30 AM•7:30 PM As a sales-driven role, theremay be times you stay later to assist a customer or complete a sale. All time worked will be paid in accordance with company policy and applicable wage laws.
Job Duties:
Work directly within the dealership sales process Consistent daily interaction with customers actively purchasing vehicles Steady walk-in traffic and built-in opportunities No cold calling — outreach is focused on previous customers, prior quotes, and warm follow-up opportunities Ability to build and manage your own pipeline Regular interaction with both English and Spanish-speaking customers depending on dealership traffic This role provides a balance of inbound dealership traffic and outbound follow-up, allowing you to stay productive whether the dealership is busy or slower throughout the day. Compensation Hourly pay during temporary contract period Opportunity for uncapped commission and additional incentive compensation after successful completion of the temporary agency contract and transition to direct employment, if applicable Long-term earning potential based on activity, follow-through, and performance
Temporary Assignment Notice:
This position will begin as a temporary staffing agency assignment. During the temporary contract period, employees will be compensated on an hourly basis only. Bonus and commission eligibility will not begin until after the temporary contract period has been successfully completed and the employee transitions to direct employment status, if offered.
