What you can expect:

Work directly within the dealership sales process Consistent daily interaction with customers actively purchasing vehicles Steady walk-in traffic and built-in opportunities No cold calling

• outreach is focused on previous customers, prior quotes and warm follow-up opportunities Ability to build and manage your own pipeline Regular interaction with both English and Spanish speaking customers depending on dealership traffic This role provides a balance of inbound dealership traffic and outbound follow up, allowing you to stay productive whether the dealership is busy or slower throughout the day.

Compensation Hourly pay + uncapped commission plus bonuses Monthly commission based on production Consistent earning potential based on activity, follow-through and performance Schedule Monday

• Saturday (Closed Sundays) 5-day workweek with a set weekday off 10:30 am
• 7:30 pm As a sales-driven role, there may be time you stay a little later to assist a customer or complete a sale
• all time worked is paid.
