Insurance Sales Agent

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our Farmers Insurance agency in an in-office sales role, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position focuses on building client relationships and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies. The role offers a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses, providing strong earning potential for high performers. Warm leads are provided daily, allowing you to focus on closing sales rather than prospecting from scratch. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses strong time management skills, and thrives both independently and as part of a team. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a collaborative and supportive agency environment.

Salary Range:
