Location:
Houston, TX Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company offering a modern, all-in-one EHR, billing, and AI-powered platform designed for clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices. We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition by visiting healthcare facilities, building relationships, and introducing our platform. Key Responsibilities Visit 8-10 clinics daily within assigned territory Identify and engage decision-makers (physicians, office managers) Introduce the product and schedule demos Follow up consistently to close deals Maintain accurate daily activity logs and CRM updates Requirements 1-3 years of sales experience (medical, pharma, insurance, or B2B preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with field work and high daily activity Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Compensation Base Salary:
$2,000
  • $2,500/month
Commission:
$300
  • $500 per clinic closed Performance Bonuses 5 closures/month → +$500 bonus 10 closures/month → +$1,500 bonus 15+ closures/month → +$3,000 bonus High-Value Deals (Nursing Homes / Hospitals) 15%
  • 20% commission on implementation fees $1,000
