The Kimball Group, a premier Independent Insurance Agency in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, customer-centered professional to join our team as we cultivate relationships with an ever-growing family of clients. Representing over 30 top-rated carriers, we are dedicated to educating and servicing the property and casualty insurance needs of a diverse group of individuals and businesses, from affluent clients to first time homeowners. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to identify and meet their insurance needs Handle all tasks and documentation related to onboarding new clients and issuing policies, including but not limited to managing proposals and applications, collecting underwriting data, binding with carriers, and following up with clients Communicate accurate information promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, and team members Provide excellent customer service, establishing rapport, thanking clients for their business, and generating referrals Educate clients about insurance options and market additional products and services when appropriate or applicable Compensation $45,000 - $70, 000
Structure:
Base + Commission + Bonus Experience Proven success in a customer facing role 2+ years insurance sales or insurance account management 2+ years independent agency experience (preferred) Competencies Action Oriented Enjoys working hard.
