We are seeking results-oriented professionals to join our growing teams in both our Woodlands and Sugar Land locations, helping us cultivate client relationships while driving business growth.Position Overviews:
As we grow, we are looking to add insurance professionals to both our Inside Sales and our Account Manager teams. Inside Sales Agents connect with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, and closing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Proactively connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to identify and meet their insurance needs. Re-engage lost clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities. Handle all tasks and documentation related to onboarding new clients, including preparing proposals, collecting underwriting data, binding policies, and following up with clients. Manage incoming phone and internet leads to convert opportunities into sales Account Managers connect and maintain relationships with an established book of clients, identifying and meeting their insurance needs and generating referrals.Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service including, but not limited to reviewing renewals, answering inquiries, processing changes, checking on claims, and following up with clients to maintain lasting relationships. Communicate accurate information promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, and team members. Educate clients about insurance options and market additional products and services when appropriate or applicable. Provide support to team members as needed.Compensation:
Total Estimated Annual Compensation $55,000-$70,000 Base salary starting at $45,000 based on experienceCommission:

Proven success in a customer-facing or sales role. Minimum of 2+ years of insurance sales or account management experience. Independent agency experience preferred (2+ years). Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance. Ability to commute or relocate to The Woodlands, TX or Sugar Land, TX.Key Competencies:
