This energetic role combines outside sales, customer service, and marketing to help clients find tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. You'll leverage your communication skills and analysis abilities to build lasting relationships, negotiate effectively, and ensure clients understand the benefits of their coverage options. Duties Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote insurance products. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance policies, including health, life, auto, or property coverage. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with their budgets and coverage requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients with claims or policy updates. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, benefits administration, and updating CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers across diverse markets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information. Qualifications Texas Insurance P&C License Preferred but not Required. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and client needs. Knowledge of insurance sales practices along with marketing expertise to promote products confidently. Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients understand their coverage options and benefits. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
