Job Description

The Kimball Group, a premier Independent Insurance Agency in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a customer-centered agent to join our team as we serve our amazing and ever-growing family of clients. Representing over 30 top-rated carriers, we are dedicated to educating and servicing the property and casualty insurance needs of a diverse group of individuals and businesses, from affluent clients to first time homeowners. Key Responsibilities Connect and maintain relationships with an established book of clients, identifying and meeting their insurance needs and generating referrals Communicate accurate information promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, and team members Provide excellent customer service including, but not limited to reviewing renewals, answering inquiries, processing changes, checking on claims, and following up with clients Educate clients about insurance options and market additional products and services when appropriate or applicable Provide support to team members as needed Compensation Total Estimated Annual Compensation $55,000-$70,000 Base salary starting at $45,000 based on experience
