Insurance Sales Representative

Job Overview We are hiring immediately for a Health Insurance Sales Repreentative in our Vienna, VA office. This is a full-time opportunity to begin a long-term career in a growing industry. No prior experience is required. Training provided, when applicable , along with ongoing support and development.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $125,000 per year Performance-based earnings with clear advancement opportunities. In this role, you will work directly with individuals to provide guidance, answer questions, and support them in understanding available service options. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients through calls and follow-up conversations Provide clear, accurate information about available programs and options Assist individuals through application and onboarding processes Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development Deliver responsive customer support Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with good time management Comfortable working in a structured, client-facing environment Basic computer proficiency Able to work full-time from our Vienna, VA office
