Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping clients protect their businesses with tailored insurance solutions. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify client needs, present comprehensive insurance options, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective commercial clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community networking. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their business operations. Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both clients and the company's objectives. Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support for policy adjustments or claims. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new business opportunities and expand market presence. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards when handling sensitive information. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions. Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Knowledge of marketing principles and benefits administration is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and organization.
