Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager Assistant in our Commercial Lines Department located in Centralia, WA. Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a well-established, independent insurance brokerage serving all lines of coverage. Our team of motivated professionals works collaboratively to deliver exceptional service to our clients and community with the highest level of integrity. We are looking to grow our team with individuals who share that commitment.

  • 5:00 PM Job Summary As part of our Commercial Lines Department, you will work alongside a supportive team to provide excellent customer service to our commercial clients.

Our licensed commercial insurance agents understand the unique risks businesses face and provide knowledgeable guidance to help them select the right coverage for their needs. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues. Prepare high-quality carrier submissions on behalf of clients. Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and underwriters. Review and analyze carrier quotations. Prepare accurate and professional proposals for client presentations. Review policies and endorsements for accuracy. Required Qualifications Consistent and reliable attendance. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Positive, team-oriented mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Passion for making a difference in the community. Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a smoke-free workplace and maintains a strict non-smoking policy.
