Salary Range:

Candidates must complete the online assessment that is emailed upon applying in order to be considered for this position. 1 plus year of in-office customer service experience 1 year sales experience. Self-starter with a sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset. Strong computer skills to navigate various programs and systems. Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain motivation. Multi-lingual candidates are a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Take inbound sales calls to quote new insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life). Conduct outbound prospecting to existing clients and lead sources. Follow up with prospects to close sales and secure new business. Educate customers on Allstate products and protection solutions. Comply with Allstate underwriting, document collection, and office procedures. Manage sales requests, cancellation requests, and customer inquiries within designated timeframes.
