Salary Range:

$40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Requirements Property and Casualty Licenses are required - prior Allstate preferred. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Be a fantastic presenter. Prior Sales Experience. Career minded vision. Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Generating insurance quotes. Be outstanding at relationship building. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Work independently and as part of a team. Handle customer renewals.
