This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference locally, while helping clients secure the right coverage for their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you'll not only help people protect what matters but also be a key player in community outreach and engagement.

Compensation:

$66,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives Participate in, sponsor, or volunteer for community events that align with our values Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience a plus A background or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a plus Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) Proven track record of being a self-starter Passion for social impact and community engagement Insurance and sales experience a plus About Company On May 1, 1947, a group of Idaho farmers and ranchers founded an insurance company.
