Health Insurance Advisor (ACA focus)

Responsibilities:

Sell Individual Health Insurance plans (ACA-focused) Educate clients on available insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage Service and retain existing accounts while ensuring clients make informed buying decisions Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities Assist members in navigating and resolving concerns Maintain CRM accuracy and organization, including ticket tracking and resolution processes

Requirements:

Active Health Insurance License in the State of Wisconsin (Required) Minimum of 2 years' experience selling ACA plans (Preferred) Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Strong sales mindset with a customer-service-oriented approach Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Total Earning Potential:
