We help individuals and small businesses choose insurance solutions that fit their needs and budget. Position Summary We're hiring an Insurance Sales Producer focused primarily on outbound prospecting and new business . This is a production-driven role for someone who enjoys building a pipeline, running consultative sales conversations, and closing business. Responsibilities (Producer / New Business Focus)
  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, texts/emails, networking, community outreach) to generate new opportunities
  • Work leads, set appointments, and complete needs-based conversations to quote, bind, and close new policies
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and re-engagement
  • Cross-sell additional lines when appropriate and ask for referrals
  • Track activity and results to meet weekly/monthly production goals
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation to support clean handoffs and policy issuance Service Expectations (Limited)
  • Handle sale-related questions (e.g., required documents, payment options at binding)
  • Provide clear handoff notes for post-sale support; occasional assistance with simple service needs during peak times Required Qualifications
  • Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license (required at hire)
  • Ability to obtain Wisconsin Life license within 60 days of hire (required)
  • Sales and customer-facing experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, not required)
  • Strong phone communication skills; comfortable with high outbound activity
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn agency systems Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay: $40,000
  • 60,000/year (based on experience)
  • Commission + bonuses based on performance
  • Paid training , plus ongoing professional training and development (coaching, product training, and sales skill development)
