At Rural Mutual Insurance, you will join a team providing Auto, Home, Life, Farm, and Commercial insurance exclusively for Wisconsin farms, businesses, and families. With the support of a base salary, plus the opportunity for commission and bonuses, you will receive training and backing of a district manager as you onboard. Our agents become trusted members of the communities in which they serve and proudly keep our promise to make sure that premiums paid here, stay here to keep Wisconsin strong. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus
Compensation:
$42,000 - $48,000
Base Salary PLUS Commission & Bonuses Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or adjust existing ones Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. Evaluate and analyze the needs of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans across multiple lines of business Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews Stay abreast of insurance industry and company protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, all while providing superior customer service Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress of marketing and sales efforts Capitalize on client cross sale and retention opportunities
Qualifications:
