Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Administrative Assistant/Insurance Agent to join our team! This role is an in office data entry type job that will require a Property and Casualty license. Preference given to candidates already licensed, but the company is willing to let the right candidate work while obtaining it. You will be the key point of contact for customers and agents, while providing exceptional service in promoting insurance products and solutions. Your energy and communication skills will drive success and help the company provide top notch service to its clients. We offer an excellent benefit package and are looking for a long term employee to join our work family. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support between the home office and agents throughout the state. Assist clients with insurance inquiries, explaining policy options, coverage details, and benefits clearly and confidently. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, policy updates, and benefits administration processes. Data entry of all policy information to maintain required files. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Ability to handle benefits administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. This paid position offers an engaging blend of administrative excellence and insurance policy knowledge.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
