- 1:00 pm Fridays We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Life Insurance & Annuity Specialist to help individuals and families protect their financial futures.
The ideal candidate is licensed, sales-driven, and passionate about building long-term client relationships through personalized insurance solutions. We have 4 offices, with our Destin office being our main hub. You must be willing to commute (paid) to each office when needed throughout the week. Destin Panama City Pensacola Foley, AL Responsibilities Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and financial goals. Educate clients on available life insurance products and coverage options. Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual circumstances. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide exceptional service. Complete applications accurately and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends. Meet or exceed sales and performance goals. Required to attend all trainings out of state (Paid) Attend ALL after normal business hours IUL dinners; around 12 per year (Subject to change) Attend ALL client events; 7 per year (subject to change) Qualifications Active Life Insurance License (required). Annuities License Previous experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Knowledge of term, whole life, universal life, and final expense products.
