Overview:
Insight Global is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Specialist III in Tampa, FL. This role is onsite Monday- Friday.
Duties:
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure timely and accurate closing of loans.
- Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare closing disclosures and settlement statements.
- Verify all required documentation is in place prior to closing.
- Collaborate with escrow agents, title companies, and attorneys to facilitate smooth closings.
- Conduct final quality checks on loan packages before submission.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in mortgage closing, processing or operations
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
