Job Description
Our client is a leading E&S carrier who's looking to add a Management Liability Underwriter to their growing team. They specialize in complex risks and is focused on delivering creative, market-leading solutions across the wholesale space. What You'll Be Doing Underwrite and price new and renewal Financial Lines business within delegated authority Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers Actively market products and help drive new business production Collaborate with internal teams on underwriting strategy and portfolio management Support junior staff through mentorship and training initiatives Represent the firm at industry events and broker meetings What They're Looking For Experience in Management Liability and/or Financial Lines underwriting (carrier, MGA, or brokerage) Strong knowledge of U.S. Financial Lines products and the E&S market Proven ability to build broker relationships and drive business Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
