We are seeking an Insurance Underwriter to join our client's fast-growing property and casualty team. Entry-level candidate with a strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset? This job could be for you. If you are a tenured Underwriter, we'd love to talk to you as well, as our client has a home for anyone looking for their next great challenge. This is a professional role where you will develop underwriting skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience evaluating risk and analyzing data. You can do all of this while enjoying a dynamic and fun work environment where teams work hard and play hard. The role is on-site in the Kansas City metropolitan area, and is not remote.

Responsibilities Review applications and assess risk profiles for new and renewal policies Analyze data, reports, and market trends to support underwriting decisions Collaborate with senior underwriters on pricing, terms, and conditions Communicate effectively with agents, brokers, and internal teams Follow underwriting guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Internship or 1+ years of experience in a corporate or professional environment Strong analytical and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines What We Offer Structured training and professional development programs Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Competitive compensation and benefits All applicants must be eligible to work in the US with no restrictions or sponsorship requirements.
