Compensation:

$35,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Track, manage, and prioritize insurance policy applications and other services by acting as the primary communicator between underwriters and clients Correspond with applicants via phone, email and in person to collect and analyze insurance information that facilitates the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support Document and communicate policy approvals or rejections to the underwriting team, insurance agents, supervisors, and clients in a timely manner Create analytics-based reports that can be used to make coverage determinations and set policy guidelines Verify that all identification, financial, and policy records remain accurate and complete within underwriting software programs to facilitate relevant policy recommendations to existing and prospective and existing Review both new and renewal policies for accuracy Review changes to client policies for accuracy

Qualifications:

Stellar communications and interpersonal skills Must be detail-oriented to collect and maintain accurate client records Working as an administrative assistant or similar, or a role in the insurance industry is a plus Designation as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, finance, or similar is necessary About Company Allied Insurance Managers, Inc. has provided insurance and risk management solutions to businesses and individuals since 1987.
