Client Executive- Business Insurance National Accounts Our not-so-secret sauce.

MRSH). A day in the life. As our Client Executive on the National Accounts team, you'll work directly with the Client Director & Client Specialist. You are responsible for servicing and retaining an existing commercial book of business. This includes the ability to manage workload by processing daily servicing tasks along with delegating tasks to team members. Responsible for coordinating the marketing/placement of new and renewal commercial accounts with specific teams. Demonstrating team leadership. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school diploma or equivalent is required Knowledge of commercial insurance industry (carrier, agency) laws, products, coverages and markets is essential. Knowledge of insurance company markets and conditions, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines. Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers. Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop relationships to retain accounts. Ability to negotiate quotes with underwriters and evaluate the clients' needs. Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines. Property and Casualty license required. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: College degree is preferred. CIC, CRM, ARM or equivalent preferred. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
