Sterling Insurance Company is seeking experienced Property and Casualty Underwriters to join our team. We are interested in professionals with experience in underwriting who take pride in their work and value aprofessional, stable work environment. Qualifications- Minimum of three years of property and casualty underwriting experience, or agency experience working directly with carrier underwriters
- Demonstrated ability to analyze risk characteristics, interpret coverage forms and apply underwriting guidelines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Thehighest standards of integrity and ethics
- Insurance designations such as Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Underwriting (AU), or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or comparable insurance education
- Associate's or bachelor's degree Compensation and Benefits
