$80K•$120K Our client, a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Managing General Agency renowned for innovation and market agility, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Underwriter to join their dynamic team. With a strong presence in both admitted and E&S lines, they write coverage for condos, HOAs, dwellings, apartments, mixed-use real estate, and more-thriving in markets where others pause. Their senior leadership is visionary, always ready to pivot with market shifts and pursue new opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Underwrite diverse commercial property risks, including condos, HOAs, apartment complexes, single•and multi-family dwellings, and mixed-use real estate Independently assess, structure, and price risks using both admitted and E&S lines Build and sustain impactful relationships with carriers and producers to grow the business Leverage systems for seamless documentation, quoting, and policy issuance Exercise autonomy in fast-paced decision-making, with flexible workflows and entrepreneurial ownership of your portfolio

Demonstrated experience in commercial property underwriting-whether admitted or E&S Strong relationships with agents, brokers, and carriers in relevant markets Comfort working in tech-enabled insurance environments Smart, quick thinking and ability to adapt underwriting strategies in dynamic markets Self-starter who thrives in a remote, decentralized culture Why Join Our Client?
