What You'll Do Build relationships and meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals Develop customized strategies around: Financial planning Life and disability protection Retirement and wealth strategies Educate clients so they can make confident, informed decisions Grow your professional expertise through licensing, ongoing training, and mentorship Operate with the independence of an entrepreneur while supported by a team and established firm Who This Role Is For Self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their results Professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoy building relationships People with a growth mindset who are coachable and eager to learn Candidates looking for a career path , not a short-term position Strong communicators who value integrity and professionalism Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to obtain required licenses (FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63, Life & Health) Study materials, training, and exam fees provided Previous experience in sales, leadership, business ownership, athletics, or client-facing roles is a plus — but not required

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
