Back-Office Servicing:

You bring the relationships; we handle the paperwork. You will have dedicated service support assisting with quoting, applications, and endorsements. Who I Am Looking For A well-qualified candidate will already have a strong local network and a solid sphere of influence to draw from immediately. You should be comfortable navigating a commission-only environment because you have the experience and connections to make it highly lucrative.

Requirements & Qualifications Licensing:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is strictly required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of proven, successful experience in P&C insurance sales.

Systems Advantage:

Familiarity with EZLynx is a massive plus. If you already know your way around the platform, you will bypass the standard onboarding friction and be equipped to hit the ground running on day one.

Network:

A strong, established sphere of influence to drive immediate referral business.

Equipment:

Must provide your own laptop and phone.

Independence:

Highly self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule while utilizing our support systems.
