- Minimum of three years of property and casualty underwriting experience, or agency experience working directly with carrier underwriters
- Demonstrated ability to analyze risk characteristics, interpret coverage forms and apply underwriting guidelines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- The highest standards of integrity and ethics
- Insurance designations such as Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Underwriting (AU), or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or comparable insurance education
- Associate's or bachelor's degree Compensation and Benefits
