WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
You will be mentored directly by Euxephronesis Miller, the Founder of EFG, as well as top leaders within the agency. This is not a situation where you get hired and handed a script. You gain direct access to people who have built what you are trying to build — and who are invested in helping you do the same. Euxephronesis brings the same discipline, analytical precision, and commitment to continuous improvement to this business that has defined his life. WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
This is a self-employed, 1099 commission-based position . You are building a business — not clocking in for a paycheck. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort, your consistency, and your commitment to the clients you serve. There is no base salary. There is also no ceiling.
First-year earning potential:
$50,000 - $100,000+ (uncapped)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs Educate clients with clarity and honesty on life insurance and retirement solutions Guide clients through complex financial landscapes with assurance Build enduring client relationships rooted in trust and integrity Obtain your state life insurance license (typically 5-10 days; we guide you through every step) Engage consistently in training and apply what you learn Grow into a leadership role and build your own team if that is your goal
FULL TRANSPARENCY ON STARTUP COSTS
This opportunity requires an upfront investment of up to $199 for access to Bamboo, our agency platform. This covers your training portal, personal website, backend system, and corporate tools. It is the cost of starting your own business within our agency structure. You will also be responsible for your state licensing fee, currently approximately $65-100 in your respective state.
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
