Location:
Hybrid. Requiring 2 days per week at the Brookfield, WI office OR Madison, WI office.
Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, experience reviewing financials and risk, and a desire to play a more strategic role in evaluating and onboarding business clients. Essential responsibilities of this role include: Partner with the Sales team to review prospective client opportunities and help structure transactions using available financial information and pricing models Prepare and present underwriting packages in an approved format for credit decisioning Conduct due diligence through third-party platforms, including
D&B, UCC
searches, payroll tax compliance, and personal credit reporting Analyze the contract language, historical performance, dilution risk, and potential offsets of the prospective client Evaluate the creditworthiness of account debtors using credit reports, financial statements, trade references, and other available information Qualifications Approximately 5+ years of experience in auditing, credit analysis, underwriting, commercial finance, or a related field Strong ability to analyze financial information, identify risk, and make sound recommendations Experience reviewing financial statements, credit reports, collateral quality, or operational risk factors High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations A proactive, team-oriented mindset and interest in improving processes Experience the Total Rewards Great People Deserve As a recognized Top Workplace, we know taking care of our employees and their families directly impacts their success and the success of our company.
