These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Financial Services Tax team you are expected to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are expected to leverage PwC's exceptional technical knowledge and specialization, coupled with industry insights, to solve clients' needs. - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for financial partnerships
- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability
- In-depth tax technical skills in partnership tax forms
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Success as tax technical business advisor
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies The salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $266,000.
