This role blends program management, asset auditing, financial controls, and data analytics to ensure accurate tooling ownership validation, asset traceability, supplier compliance, and scalable processes. You will oversee cross‑functional audits, risk identification, and corrective action execution to safeguard Tesla's equipment and tooling investments across the supply base. What You'll Do Establish and manage governance for the Equipment & Tooling audit program, including audit cadence, RACI, and escalation protocols Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and milestones Build risk scoring models, detect anomalies, and develop dashboards for KPI reporting Coordinate internal audit teams and external partners for evaluation activities.
