Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from diverse sources such as court records, public databases, and internal tools to locate individuals and collateral. Make outbound calls to individuals and their contacts, using professionalism and persuasive communication to negotiate the voluntary surrender of collateral. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of investigation steps and outcomes in internal systems. Coordinate with third-party recovery agents and internal departments to facilitate case progression and successful resolution. Provide regular updates to clients, including banks, credit unions, and insurance companies, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the handling of sensitive personal information (e.g., FDCPA, GLBA). Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in every interaction. Job performed in a professional office environment through the phone and computer. 3rd party outside agents perform physical recoveries.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work full-time on-site in a fast-paced office environment. Salesmanship and phone charisma strongly preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday 8-hour day shifts No weekends All work performed in office (Gold River, CA)

Salary:

We offer competitive mixed compensation ranging from $50,000 to $80,000+ or more annually, depending on performance. Position provides $16.90 per hour plus a substantial, escalating commission structure (pay for performance). Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
