Using database reporting and operational insights, you will validate system accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients on workflow and data-related queries. Support 3D production workflows and pipeline handoffs (e.g., modeling, texturing/materials, lighting, rendering, and post), tracking versions and ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications and client requirements. Partner with Project Management, Design, QA, and client stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines. Drive planning and forecasting across 2D, 3D, and asset workflows, including resourcing plans, capacity projections, early risk identification, and on-time delivery against milestones and deadlines. Own quality control and release readiness, validating file formats, sizing, naming, version accuracy, and metadata completeness while flagging issues early and driving resolution. Generate, interpret, publish store data, and merchandising PDFs throughout project life cycles. Lead efforts to improve data management and workflow processes.
