VP/Dir. Investment Banking Fairfield, CT Director/Vice President - M&A Advisory Fairfield County, CT A highly regarded, middle-market advisory platform is seeking a Director/Vice President to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on complex transactions while playing a meaningful role in client execution and business development. The firm operates in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where professionals are given real responsibility and direct exposure to decision-makers.
Role:
The Vice President will be actively involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and client interaction. This individual will also mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with senior leadership through all facets of M&A transactions
  • Lead preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
  • Build and manage complex financial models and valuation analyses
  • Analyze financial statements and conduct accounting due diligence
  • Perform industry and company-specific research
  • Lead calls with management teams and investor counterparties
  • Coordinate diligence efforts with third-party advisors
  • Support business development activities
  • Manage and mentor junior professionals Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7-10 years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or related finance roles
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
