This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys the technical, thoughtful side of wealth management — portfolio strategy, investment oversight, client/advisor support, risk management, and long-term relationship-focused planning — without being in a heavily production-driven role. What You'll Be Doing Manage and monitor complex private client investment portfolios Develop investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and long-term goals Partner with internal client-facing teams, advisors, and investment leadership Review portfolio positioning, securities, managers, risk, performance, and market conditions Communicate investment recommendations in clear, practical language to both technical and non-technical audiences Support investment research, due diligence, policy alignment, and account issue resolution Identify issues early and make sound independent decisions with appropriate escalation Serve as a senior investment resource to internal partners and clients Ideal Background 12+ years of portfolio management, investment management, private banking, or wealth management experience Strong experience with private client, HNW, UHNW, family office, fiduciary, or relationship-based investment portfolios Ability to explain complex investment topics simply and professionally Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and independent decision-making Experience with investment policy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, and performance review Experience with portfolio management, investment reporting, CRM, compliance, or related financial systems Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
