Fixed Asset Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Fixed Assets leads the fixed asset accounting function, owning the day to day accounting for depreciation, asset lifecycle management, and remediation of process weaknesses. The role manages a team of four Senior Accountants plus one consultant. Initially, this position reports directly to the Corporate Controller before transitioning under the new Senior Director of Corporate Accounting. This person must be deeply hands on in fixed asset accounting, technically strong, and also a steady people leader who can stabilize the team and help rebuild foundational processes. The function is highly visible and central to the company's broader accounting transformation. The role partners regularly with the franchise and corporate owned brand accounting teams.

Requirements:

CPA preferred (strong non CPA candidates may still be considered) Big 4 or consulting background, public company experience, and deep fixed asset expertise.

Location:

Charlotte preferred; Atlanta considered; relocation open.

Compensation:

Approximately $160-165K base and a 25% bonus.

Pay Details:
