Energy Asset and Lease Manager

is looking for a manager to track incoming and outgoing asset inventory, inventory reconciliation and administering leases and contractual agreements related to energy assets. Assets include but are not limited to propane and liquid fuel tanks as well as DEF storage sheds along with their accessories.

Core Responsibilities:

Draft and manage lease agreements for energy assets (fuel tanks (liquid/LP, monitors, trailers, etc.) and execute invoicing for leased equipment. Track/document both incoming and outgoing (new and used) tank inventory for all AGFS locations Evaluate asset utilization and identify opportunities to increase revenue through asset movement, rental, and or fuel margin Provide 3rd party freight quotes to sales as needed for movement of AGFS assets to and from jobsites Manage and build new relationships with current and new freight vendors/brokers What we need from you: Usually requires a minimum of a two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience Excellent communication and time management skills along with high level cognitive flexibility Data entry experience with excellent attention to detail and excellent productivity Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Experience influencing others What we offer our team: Opportunity to work with a growing business in a casual but productive environment Paid time off, sick pay, and paid holidays Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match Opportunities to grow a career
