USA PATRIOT

Act, OFAC sanctions programs, SEC & FINRA regulatory expectations >> Lead

KYCCDDEDD

processes for Institutional investors, fund managers, asset managers, pension funds >> Handle complex structures: Multi-layered funds, trusts, SPVs, nominee structures >> Ensure adherence to UBO identification and verification, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening >> Support KYC periodic reviews, remediation, and regulatory-driven refresh programs >> Data quality improvements across client platforms
