We are looking for an experienced AML/KYC Domain Expert.
Job Responsibilities:
1.AML/KYC Advisory Asset Servicing & Custody FocusProvide AML/KYC expertise tailored to Ø Custody & Asset Servicing Ø Fund Administration (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Mutual Funds) Interpret and implement: Ø BSA/AML and
USA PATRIOT
ActoOFAC sanctions programs Ø SEC & Client regulatory expectations Ø Align AML frameworks with Northern Trusts conservative risk and compliance culture 2. Institutional Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management Lead
KYC/CDD/EDD
processes for: Ø Institutional investors, fund managers, asset managers, pension funds Handle complex structures: Ø Multi-layered funds, trusts, SPVs, nominee structures Ensure adherence to: Ø UBO identification and verificationoPEP, sanctions and adverse media screening Ø Support KYC periodic reviews, remediation and regulatory-driven refresh programs Ø Data quality improvements across client platforms Ø Bring in best practices aligned to global asset servicing institutions
