Riviera gives families operational control over their entire financial world: every entity, account, and investment connected, with the terms, people, and context inside each one. Where the industry has historically reported on wealth, Riviera enables families to command it. The family offices and advisory firms managing the world's most successful families' wealth are analog businesses. Trillions of dollars are running on spreadsheets, filing cabinets, and disconnected point solutions. Institutional inertia and technological backwardation are dressed up as bespoke, white-glove service, applied to financial lives as complex as those of multi-billion dollar companies. The industry's answer has been more of the same: more people, more spreadsheets, more manual reconciliation, and more legacy software producing work out of date the moment it is created. Clients tolerate this because there is no alternative.

an AI-native system of action that puts families in command. How We Build We are building Riviera the modern way. No large operations teams flanked by separate implementation, support, and account management functions. We hire entrepreneurial operators who own outcomes end-to-end: sit with clients, understand how their financial lives actually work, then configure and launch clients. Deployment works closely with sales, engineering, product, and design. We build for principals first. Our users are highly sophisticated, mostly non-technical, and in some cases not software-savvy at all. The product has to be simple enough for them to get their arms around their wealth on their own. Underneath, it has to capture the full complexity of how their financial lives actually work. Every onboarding is an exercise in reconciling that complexity to a system that the family and their team can actually operate. The Role As a Deployment Strategist you take a family from the day they sign to the day Riviera is running their financial life, and you are accountable for the result. That means every entity mapped, every account connected, every position and transaction reconciled, every integration with custodians, administrators, and accountants working cleanly, and a family and their team who know how to operate the platform on their own.

What You'll Do:

Run onboardings end-to-end . From kickoff through go-live, you are accountable for the result. You translate the messy reality of a family's financial life (entities, accounts, holdings, agreements, advisors, accountants, attorneys) into a clean, accurate, working instance of Riviera. Carry multiple families at once . Three to six active onboardings in flight is the baseline. You build the project plans, manage the dependencies across internal teams and the family's existing service providers, and hold every workstream to a date. Live with the client . Direct, daily contact with principals, family CFOs, and the operating teams around them. You are the face of Riviera during the period when trust is built or lost. Figure it out . Every family is different. The playbook exists, but it gets you eighty percent of the way. The remaining twenty is judgment, persistence, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to land the plane. Make the next onboarding easier . You feed what you learn back into the product, the playbook, and the team. Treat every implementation as both a deliverable and a research engagement. Who You Are You have run complex engagements where the buck stopped with you. You have stood in front of demanding clients and owned the outcome. You understand investments, tax, trust and estate, and accounting at a high level. You have experience in public accounting, at a family office, investment firm, fund administrator or in a similar industry where you've had to review or produce financial records, investments, or legal documents. You are exceptional with clients. High EQ, calm under pressure, comfortable telling sophisticated principals what they need to hear. You build trust quickly and protect it carefully. You are obsessively organized. Multiple workstreams, multiple families, multiple internal stakeholders, and nothing falls through the cracks. Your project plans are the source of truth. You are AI-native in a way you can demonstrate. How you research, document, communicate, and execute today looks materially different from two years ago. You use modern tools to do the work of three people. You have a figure-it-out attitude. When the answer isn't obvious, you find it. When the playbook runs out, you write the next page. Experience in family offices, wealth management, fund administration, or another data-rich service business is a strong plus. What We Offer Founding member of our operations team.
