Investment Funds Associate | Boston A top-tier US practice is seeking an Investment Funds Associate to join its Boston office. The Opportunity- Advise sponsors and asset managers on the structuring, formation and fundraising of private investment funds
- Work across a broad range of fund strategies, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds and other alternative investment vehicles
- Gain exposure to the full fund lifecycle, including fund formation, investor negotiations, governance and ongoing operational matters
- Collaborative, high-performing team with strong partner access and clear progression opportunities What They're Looking For
- 3-6 years' experience (or equivalent) in investment funds, fund formation, investment management or related matters
- Experience advising fund sponsors, asset managers or institutional investors
- Exposure to private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate funds or other alternative investment structures
- Strong drafting, technical and client management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Massachusetts Bar qualification (or eligibility) preferred
